Nicole is an account manager with Dynamic Benchmarking and brings more than 15 years of hospitality management in relation to the association realm. From her time spent on hotel properties, she grew her understanding of project and operation management while building and nurturing exceptional client relationships. Nicole assists and guides clients through the development and deployment process within our platform and strives to provide outstanding customer service. As an avid beachgoer Nicole resides in Wilmington, NC and is a proud Penn State graduate. WE ARE!
